Shipping Policy

Welcome to avezda.com. We are committed to delivering a seamless and transparent experience - from the moment you place your order to the moment your Loom™ eye serum arrives at your door. Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping, returns, exchanges, and pre-orders.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Fees

All UK orders are eligible for FREE standard shipping - no minimum spend required.

Order Processing Time
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed before 1 PM GMT are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 1 PM, or on weekends or bank holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time
  • Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–6 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or due to Royal Mail delays.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with details. If you haven’t received shipping confirmation within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@avezda.com.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, Avezda may offer products - including Loom™ - on a pre-order basis.

What to Expect with Pre-Orders
  • When placing a pre-order, you will be provided with an estimated delivery window at checkout and/or via email.

  • If we are unable to ship your pre-order by the end of the estimated delivery window, you will automatically be eligible for a full refund, unless you choose to wait longer.

Cancellations & Refunds for Pre-Orders
  • You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the item is dispatched by emailing support@avezda.com.

  • If the pre-order is delayed beyond the promised window, a full refund will be processed automatically, unless you request otherwise.

We are committed to transparency and will always keep you informed about your pre-order status.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns
  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are damaged or faulty.

How to Request a Return
  1. Email support@avezda.com with your:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and our return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–15 business days.

Return Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable service and keeping proof of postage.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you'd like to change your item, please request a return for the original product and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@avezda.com, including:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll assess the issue and offer a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email support@avezda.com as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations are only possible before your order has been dispatched.

  • Once your order has shipped, it must be returned following the guidelines above.
